Hi, I’m Mia — the creator of Move With Mia!I’ve been a passionate cheerleader for over 15 years, competing across the country and building a lifelong love for performance, fitness, and community. Alongside my cheer journey, I’m also proud to be one of the founders of Bacchanal Babes — a vibrant soca brand and lifestyle movement that celebrates culture, energy, and joyful living.I created Move With Mia to combine the two worlds I love most — the athleticism of cheer and the infectious spirit of carnival and soca — into a fitness experience that’s dynamic, empowering, and fun for everyone. My goal is to help people build strength, improve flexibility, and boost their endurance, while feeling confident, energized, and celebrated in every class.Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, Move With Mia welcomes you with open arms.
