Mind Over Muscle is a Fitness Studio located in Raleigh, NC. We specialize in functional strength training, HIIT style group classes, and 1:1 personal training. Our mantra is that our bodies are capabale of doing extremely amazing things if we allow our mind to lead and not our body! A strong mindset and mental fortitude will ensure that you achieve the best version of yourself in all aspects of life.
