I’m Lucy AKA Mind The Mama and I am passionate about informed antenatal and postnatal care.I am a mum of two boys having two vastly different experiences from pregnancy through to postnatal period.I want to create a safe village for the new and existing parents out there were we can talk about anything judgement free but full of evidence based information.I host online and face to face hypnobirthbirthing sessions and infant sleep sessions.Come along to find out more.
