Mindful Kids Miami provides research-based mindfulness training to educators, health-care providers, community organizations and caregivers on best practices for sharing mindfulness activities with children and youth. Through insightful, hands-on learning and programming led by dedicated, knowledgeable instructors we are able to help bring benefits of mindfulness to children from pre-K through the 12th grade in Miami-Dade County and throughout Florida.Our vision is to improve the lives of all children in our community. When empowered with quality mindfulness training and techniques, leaders are better able to help children and students reduce stress and anxiety, develop attention and focus, promote emotional regulation and impulse control, teach empathy and compassion, and create a sense of well-being.
