Naomi Toland is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner who weaves Sound Healing and Meditation into her journeys. Naomi is interested all things Education, Innovation & Global Exploration, having taught in London, Tokyo and Auckland where she has spent the last 10years researching topics such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). On a quest to better understand our brains and bodies, Naomi believes this will provide pathways that transform education while inspiring human development.
