Breathwork has been a transformative practice in her life, and she is passionate about helping others achieve their own breakthroughs. Through her holistic workshops, Natallia empowers participants to reconnect with themselves, using breathwork, movement and mindfulness to promote personal growth, rejuvenation and lasting transformation. Recently certified as a SOMA Breath instructor, Natallia has quickly gained practical experience through weekly group sessions of up to 10 participants and personal sessions.
