Lindsay holds 300+hrs Yoga Teacher Training in vinyasa and yin yoga. She also holds 100hrs in Kundalini Bioenergetic Breathwork and Shamanic meditation facilitator training, and is a certified Reiki Master. She is a certified sound therapy practitioner and is the certified educator & Sydney stockist for Rainbow Sounds. She has also completed her tuning fork training with the Sound Healing Academy. She is also a Yin Breathwork Instructor (Rebirthing Breathwork). Lindsay is passionate about mother nature and the power of breath / sound / yoga /energy healing.
