My name is Nichole Kesler, I'm the owner of Fly Dance Fitness of South Jordan! I'm very passionate about health, fitness and dance. I've danced my entire life, I'm an experienced aerobics and dance instructor. I own/ran a local dance studio for 16 years one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I love to help and inspire those around me and I'm so excited to introduce you to Fly Dance Fitness.At Fly Dance Fitness®, our mission transcends beyond just workouts; it's about creating an experience each time you enter our doors.We believe in inspiring you to push boundaries, all while enjoying every step of the process.We believe life is a party, which is why our classes focus on celebrating movement, fostering an inclusive community, and witnessing potential turn into achievement.
