The organization aims to uplift these individuals who've encountered weight bias, navigated through dieting pitfalls, and pursued unattainable health objectives, all in an effort to shift society’s perception of weight.Founded by individuals who have themselves faced similar challenges, Obesity Matters offers a supportive community space filled with trustworthy resources. It's a platform for sharing personal insights, experiences, and strategies for coping, all while empowering members to seek improved healthcare for themselves and their loved ones.Leveraging evidence-based information, Obesity Matters is dedicated to reshaping conversations about weight and health.
