I facilitate spaces for transition, through coaching, healing, writing, dancing workshops, singing workshops and wellbeing fairs. I share things I love, things that have helped me, and assist people in coming home to themselves.I currently live in Wales where I spend time in nature, gaining inspiration for my work, enjoying ecstatic dance with the local community and writing... and eating cake!
