The PAN AFRICAN YOUTHS LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (PAYLEF) is an all inclusive leadingAfrican youth platform representing and safeguarding aspirations of millions of youth across ourContinent. We envisage to become the single largest youth body representing millions of African Youthsacross Africa by 2022.PAYLEF will remain a dependable partner, committed to championing youth policies of AFRICANUNION and Governments of all Member States by complementing the sustainably holistic delivery;towards an all inclusive continental, national youth intergration and development policies. Thus, apartnership towards seamless youth development across African Union.In vide of aforementioned, PAYLEF has establish an “African Europe Focus and Inspired” YouthLeadership Summit with the theme " NOT TOO YOUNG TO LEAD " which will bring togetherINFLUENTIAL YOUNG LEADERS, youth organizations, NGOs' and TOP INVESTORS from bothContinents. This is the first edition of the Youth Leadership Summit and first of its kind across theAfrican Union. The Summit will bring about a paradigm shift by focusing on Proven mentorshipmethodological solutions to our share youthful problems. By the end of the Summit, we are veryhopeful that participants will earn a lifelong skills and experience. Outstanding youths, youthorganization and other renowned individuals will also be celebrated at the Summit.Participants will consist of INFLUENTIAL YOUNG LEADERS, representatives of youth organisationand foundation from Africa and Europe.
