Hi, I'm Paula. I am the founder of Red Robin Mental Health, a psychotherapist and women's empowerment facilitator, and I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. With a special focus on women's issues, I create a safe and inspiring space, like my feminine confidence-building workshops, where women from all backgrounds can reconnect with their true selves. My mission is to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered as they reclaim their inner essence and step fully into their strength.
