Hi, I’m Paulina! I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and holistic wellbeing guide, and I absolutely love creating spaces for deep connection, self-exploration, and transformation.Through my in-person circles, gatherings, and workshops in Munich, I bring together women who are ready to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with themselves and with a like-minded community. My events blend somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, and reflection to help you release stress, feel more at home in your body, and embrace the power of presence.Whether we’re gathering for a sacred cacao ceremony, a deep dive into emotional healing, or a grounding movement practice, my mission is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and truly held.
