Hi, I'm Paula, single mum of four from Manchester in the UK with a background in psychology and counselling. I found a passion for alternative ways of looking after our emotional wellness in 2011 and have nurtured that knowledge and experience to help others with theirs ever since.What do I do?I'm a Belief Coding ™️ facilitator, trained in several holistic modalities including quantum reiki, law of attraction life coaching, NLP and spiritual counselling. I believe we're all able to self heal the traumas of our past, we just don't always know how to do it.With this in mindI now help others with their healing through holistic therapies, promote ways to achieve ongoing, long term happiness and contentment trough wellness travel options and connect holistic practitioners and wellness business owners who are on a similar mission to me -to raise the vibe and spread the light.
