As an Approved Training Organization (ATO) with both Solas and the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC), Carol is dedicated to enhancing knowledge and skills in the pre-hospital emergency care field.With her extensive background as a PHECC First Response Instructor and a diploma in Polyvagal Theory, Carol brings a unique perspective to her workshops. Her focus is on the vital connection between mind and body, emphasizing the importance of self-empathy and mental health awareness. Carol is passionate about providing practical techniques for well-being, including meditation and relaxation methods, to help participants experience the mind-body connection and regulate the vagus nerve.
