Rockland County Alumnae Chapter has provided scholarships and community service programs to Rockland County residents since its chartering in 1985. RCAC is one chapter of over 1,000 that make up Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., founded in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.is an organization of college educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community.
