The Vision of Roma Learning to Fly is to transform the lives of Roma(Gypsy) people in Europe through education, advocacy and job skill training.The name,Roma Learning to Fly, is an expression of hope with its’ symbol of a butterfly. As the butterfly emerges from the cocoon, we believe Roma children can emerge from the hopelessness that often surrounds Roma villages. The image harkens to the idea of the butterfly effect which postulates that a very small change in initial conditions can create a significantly different outcome.
