Hello! So glad you found us. We are a Nurse Practitioner founded organization, Room For Health, where our mission is to reduce the rates of chronic disease and obesity with less scripts, more control and lasting results.After 20 years in healthcare, we realized the current system was ineffective at decreasing and preventing chronic disease and obesity. From the foods we are marketed, to our relationships with diets and food, our sedentary lives, a lack of community collaboration and resources and our approach as providers where we stopped listening and hearing our patients.We know there is a better way. To accomplish our vision we use science, data and lab results to first uncover any root causes that may be a barrier to your health goals. Secondly, we work side by side with you to create a path to make your weight and health goals a reality. Health is not a one size fits all approach.In addition we utilize community resources from all fields to ensure you have everything YOU need at your fingertips to make your goals a reality.We have taken our mission a step further with the creation of Health Is Home, a nonprofit with movement is medicine initiatives that bring healthy family and household friendly events, hikes and webinars to a location near you!
