I'm Zoe from Roots OT and I am a mental health and nature based occupational therapist!I specialise in supporting women experiencing stress, anxiety and burnout to reset, find balance and feel more connected to themselves and other important people in their lives.Through my groups and spending dedicated time in nature, you will learn strategies to manage anxiety, build resilience and improve sleep whilst we work together creatively to find solutions to help you Reset, Reflect, Restore and find your Roots!
