Ruth Allan is a publisher, parent and yoga enthusiast interested in sustainable travel. She wanted to create a retreat that she would be able to go on, and would like to go on (ie. one with really great food, yoga, and amazing scenery which is a suitable length for parents to be able to go and which contributes to the planet's future in a positive way). She has organised 10s of sold out retreats in Anglesey (Wales, UK), Portugal, the Lake District (UK) and more with acclaimed yoga teachers, chefs and writers. All her retreat venues are hand picked - they are in incredible, breathtaking locations, and adhere to and exceed global sustainability goals. In 2025, the retreat schedule will expand to include Southern Spain and Southern France in addition to the above locations.
