A Sacred Circle for Soulful Women is an empowering space for you to be accepted exactly as you are in the presence of supportive, spiritual women. We share, we connect and we meditate together in this safe space with like-minded women. It is where you get to safely explore and discover yourself beyond the stories of the mind. This is practical spirituality that nourishes you, supports and inspires you to connect to your innate wisdom and capacity for self-healing.Bella will guide the group in circle and hold sacred space, however she is not your guru. Your guru is your soul and each woman is invited to connect with her inner experience, and is welcome to share and connect with women in the group as her authentic self. Bella will guide the group in embodiment meditation to help you connect with your own inner guidance; and create alchemy within - with each woman being responsible for her own journey, transformation and healing.
