About

Sakshi is a reputed NGO based in New Delhi that strives to eliminate sexual harassment, gender-based violence, and child sexual abuse. In the last three decades, through research, surveys, campaigns, advocacy, education, and capacity-building for gender diversity & inclusion, Sakshi’s role has been to foster a sense of self for women & marginalised groups. The Rakshin Project aims at creating a generation of equals, empowered with education for sexual and mental health, so as to create a human resource that is productive and an environment that is secure. We believe in the power of collective action and strive to empower those who have been affected by these issues. Join us in the fight to end gender-based violence and create a more just society.
