A Lifelong advocate of learning and personal growth, I have dedicated decades to studying the ancient wisdom of the masters, ultimately becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor.Following a devastating personal loss and grappling with fatigue, depression, grief & PTSD, I took time to integrate my practices more deeply and strengthen my connection to the universe, mind, body and spirit.With my passion reignited, I have returned to my path with renewed dedication, guiding and uplifting others toward their greatest purpose, joy and happiness.Renowned for my work with both groups and individuals, I create a safe and compassionate healing space.
