About

Beata is a Clinical Somatic Movement ( SMC CEI Level 1,2,3,) instructor in Monroe, Washington. She is also a trauma-informed, Neuro-Pilates, and Restorative Yoga Trainer. Beata loves teaching people movement-based tools they can use on their own to release chronic tension and feel better in their bodies.When Beata started practicing Clinical Somatic exercises, she was dealing with a dual Frozen Shoulder, tension headaches, and a degenerative lumbar disc disease that caused lower back pain and was preventing her from performing daily tasks and exercises. She started practicing Somatic Movement every day for 15-20 minutes. After a month, Beata experienced a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of pain.Beata offers small group or private Pilates and private Clinical Somatic movement in person or online (Zoom). She is excited to offer Clinical Somatic because it is so gentle and accessible and can be customized to meet her patients' specific needs. She is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies, recover from chronic tension, and live with greater ease and vitality.Discover a new way of being, transcending the ordinary into something extraordinary.
