Slothee Coffee was born out of Jessica's passion for coffee, art and community. Jessica is a local barista, coffee content creator and artist who runs a mobile coffee service around the city! She specializes in pour over coffee, espresso based beverages, hot chocolate and tea lattes.Her art process involves handcrafting lattes with espresso and steamed milk. Drawings and writings are then etched on the latte's foam with food colouring. To capture the latte art's fleeting beauty, a photo is taken of the coffee. The end results in an unique one-of-a-kind keepsake!When she is not at an event, she is organizing various coffee tasting events and latte art workshops.
