With over 20 years of experience, Jenn is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher, guiding students through transformative practices that cultivate balance, strength, and inner connection. Greg, a talented life-long musician and music teacher, brings the power of sound to each experience, enhancing movement with rhythm and resonance.Together, they’ve designed a wellness-centered menu of classes, workshops, and retreats that blend yoga, music, meditation and sound healing. Their creative events are vibrant, immersive, and deeply restorative, offering participants a space to explore, expand, and reconnect.
