Hello! My name is Kasia SlabonI’m originally from Poland and have been living in Ireland since 2005. My journey in wellness began in 2007 through massage therapy and expanded over the years into sound work, mindfulness, and supporting others through stress and emotional challenges.Since 2010, I have facilitated sound bath sessions across Ireland and now focus on sharing my experience through online mindfulness courses under Mindfulness Haven Academy and hands-on sound bath facilitation training with a strong emphasis on trauma-sensitive practice.At Sound Magic Ireland, our sound bath experiences are created with nervous system care in mind. They are gentle, inclusive, and safe, especially for those navigating chronic stress, anxiety, PTSD, sensory sensitivity, or an overactive nervous system.
