Spread Your Wings is a nonprofit organization that empowers children to defend, prevent, and save themselves from abductions, exploitation, human trafficking, mental health challenges, and violence. All efforts focus on prevention and helping kids before they become victims.Our programs include:ACES:A martial arts based empowerment program for students who are recovering from trauma, bullying, suicide attempts, and violence.Spirit TKDoffers traditional Taekwondo for ages 5+ & adaptive, therapeutic martial arts for students with special needs.BRAVEProgram empowers families to end school violence , bullying, and violent encounters between children.Warrior Within Empowerment Camphelps teenagers find their inner warrior to overcome obstacles, have courage to heal from past violence, and become their best selves.A partnership withThe House of Rogueshas added afterschool socialization and homework help & evening activities for socialization to improve the mental well-being of children in K-12 grade.Our youth center provides a safe place to belong, move, create, hang out, find mentors, make friends, learn character concepts and life skills, and try new activities. Ultimately, we empower children to be their best selves to avoid poor mental health, bullying, exploitation , trafficking, and violence. Youth thrive, not just survive and given the wings to soar like eagles.
