Studio Fire is here to evoke strength in all bodies, using vinyasa yoga, sculpt, high intensity interval and strength training, dance cardio, and meditation. We created this space to break the rules, turn up the music, and house all of our favorite workouts; so SF was born. Here to re-imagine the boutique fitness experience; taking it from intimidating to a place where all feel welcome to be who they are, at whatever level they are in their journey.This is for us - and for you!
