With many Counsellors working online with clients and also taking part in online supervision, there is very little face to face time for therapists to connect with each other and just chat. So I thought I would set up a counsellor's face to face coffee/chat networking group so we can do just that.It will be a 2 hour coffee/chat/networking from 10am - 12pm with refreshments provided. There will be an opportunity to introduce yourself to everyone attending if you would like to do so when we do a 60 second round the table introduction. We may also have a speaker/counsellor talking for 20 mins about an aspect of their work that others might find interesting. But mostly it is just about making new connections and supporting each other.About meI have worked as a therapist for 18 years in the NHS and in Private Practice. I also provided Clinical Management at Signpost Youth Counselling Agency in Watford/Hemel 2010-2019 and counselling for the Counselling Foundation, Watford Women's Centre, Talk in Herts, Alcohol Advice Centre, Herts Young Homeless Group and Cruise. As well as seeing clients, I currently provide supervision for Counsellors at the Peace Hospice.
