Yoga practitioner Suzi Griffin has taught yoga to individual students, classes, workshops, conventions and, retreats for over 30 years. She says of her practice:"Initially I came to yoga in 1994 to ‘get a bit of exercise’, but over the years I have been intrigued by the deeper layers of yoga, which keep being peeled away to reveal yet more riches. I completed the Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapy Practitioner Training Programme with Paul Harvey in 2009 and I am profoundly thankful for the inspirational teaching I received from him and many others over the past couple of decades. I endeavour to pass on to my students a love of yoga and, in my way, reflect some of the wealth of yogas' treasure trove given to me by my teachers. I offer yoga lessons to groups of students or individuals who are beginners or more advanced, pregnant or pensioners, visually impaired or vulnerable. I’m continually surprised by the rich variety of Viniyoga and that one tradition can fit all!"
