Tasha R. P. is an incredible woman who has been practicing yoga for several years. She found that yoga helped ease some of the joint pain and tension caused by lupus. After completing her 500-hour yoga teacher certification, she established Aum Goddess Collective—a virtual yoga community centered on fun, exploration, and relaxation. Tasha is always seeking new adventures and loves to travel. That’s why she has curated yoga retreats in various parts of the world, allowing women of color to come together, practice yoga, and explore new destinations. She is truly passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for women to unite and enjoy yoga.
