Meet Your Hosts - Danny & TiriDanny's background: 9-5 Danny works as a trader in a large bank. He holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, has a masters in Chemical Engineering and is heading back to uni in September to complete a masters in Neuroscience and Psychology of the Mind-Body Interface. Acutely aware of the stresses of life in the corporate world with a passion for men’s wellbeing, he runs a men’s wellness community, BANF, alongside teaching breathwork in his spare time. Having had asthma as a kid and competed to a high level in sports, by his own admission Danny is baffled it took him 32 years to learn the importance of correct breathing. Blown away on a month-long breathwork teacher training course in South Africa he’s made it his mission to introduce as many people as possible to a practice he describes as life-changing.Tiri's background: Tiri has been teaching yoga for eight years, mixing Eastern and Western philosophies to keep things balanced and fun. Her vinyasa flows are dynamic and uplifting, while her yin sessions are all about slowing down and resetting. She’s always been fascinated by the power of breath, and after discovering Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) in India, she never looked back. Now, she and her partner Danny run breathwork circles across London, helping people tap into their breath for clarity, calm, and deep transformation.
