As a mum myself, I know how easy it is to lose pieces of yourself while constantly giving to others. I created The Mum Movement as a space where mums can step away from the daily juggle, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful bonds with other women who just get it. Our monthly events are designed to be a safe, supportive, and energising space—because you deserve time to breathe, laugh, and feel seen. This is more than an event—it’s a movement for mums, by mums.
