As the founder of Jiiva Yoga, Healing & Meditation Center in Stratford, Connecticut and The Raja Center, Berta has devoted her life to the study and transmission of yogic wisdom in all its dimensions—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.Her dharma is to continue learning and teaching across a wide range of subjects, including the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), the Chakra system, healing and disease, meditation, and the Bhagavad Gita. Her teachings are rooted in traditional yogic philosophy yet made accessible through her clear, compassionate, and empowering approach.
