Thrive Women’s Aid is a domestic abuse charity with 45 years experience of supporting individuals and families in Neath Port Talbot. At Thrive we believe everyone has the right to live in safety and have a future without fear.We support individuals and families who are experiencing the devastating impacts of domestic abuse. The impact of our work is profound. Increasing safety and reducing risk is a core element of our work but we also support individuals to improve their confidence and self-worth, build skills and relationships to increase resilience and enable people to thrive.Our aim is to encourage, enable and empower, as we believe that, given the right resources, everyone has the strength and capability to achieve, no matter how hard their circumstancesOur vision is to create safer communities where everyone can live free from domestic abuse, violence against women and sexual violence.Our mission is to provide high quality, innovative, end to end services which enable individuals and families to thrive.
