Trena Aloma is owner of The Green Coterie, a healing lounge / "zen den" and a self-love, self-care company with a focus on relationships. As an Intuitive Love and Life Coach, she is dedicated to empowering and transforming the way we love ourselves to a higher level; she believes when we love ourselves more, we can love others better.In 2005 she retired from the United States Air Force, worked in corporate and government over 14 years, and today she’s a coach, event planner and facilitator. Her events help individuals all over the world create fulfilling, happy lives and to step into the greatness we were created in.
