My name is Yesseña, and I love all things fitness & wellness. As a resident of the Inland Empire, I curate events to encourage black women to explore fitness and wellness in community. There are so many great wellness studios and spaces, however, I noticed that I was the only black woman, or one of a few, in these spaces. My goal is to bridge the gap through community, encourage balck women to take care of themselves, and showcase local businesses within the IE.
