By facilitating regular workshops at the Maidstone Community Support Centre on a monthly basis, I aim to educate and give people the opportunity to experience the power of their body and breath and how you can use your own inner wisdom to change your human experience.Trauma and life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or even questioning our worth. But you are not defined by what has happened to you. There is strength within you, even if it feels hidden right now, and my role is to help you rediscover it.You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll explore practices that feel natural and nurturing to you. Whether it’s calming an overactive nervous system, processing deep emotions, or finding ways to connect with your true self, we’ll work at your pace, in a way that feels safe and aligned.
