Upper Clements Community & District Association is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to fostering connection, resilience, and well-being in our rural community. Based out of Upper Clements Hall, we host workshops, educational events, cultural gatherings, and community celebrations—all with the goal of strengthening local bonds and creating a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and support.
