Hello there beautiful fashionista!My name is Vanessa and I am a Brooklyn girl thoroughly enjoying frolicking the streets in the Metro-Boston area. Living in New England for 3.5 years has been...an adjustment. If I were writing a book paying homage to Sista Souljah, I would call my time in New EnglandThe Coldest Shoulder Ever.But that's okay because if I could make it in New York City, I could make it anywhere ;-). Sipping the kool-aid of pretension in New England was the best sugar rush my ambitions could have asked for. I was blessed with opportunities to pursue personal, professional and entrepreneurial endeavors in Education, Research (surprise, surprise) Advocacy, Public Speaking, Publishing and more.With God on my side, I've accomplished a lot in a short amount of time.
