At Veteran Strong USA, we provide a transformative journey of healing through therapeutic riding, tailored specifically for veterans, military members, and their families. Our personalized services address physical, emotional, and psychological challenges, creating a supportive environment where veterans can find solace, strength, and connection. Through individualized riding sessions, equine-assisted therapies, and a trauma-informed approach, we guide each participant on a path toward resilience, healing, and personal growth—empowering them to move forward with confidence and hope.We incorporate horses into mental health treatment for people. As herd animals with prey instincts, horses are experts at reading nonverbal communication. Their responses often remind clients of their goals, personal challenges, and/or relationships with themselves and others. This provides a safe environment to work through these things, where the horses only change when we do.The Eagala Model is the global standard for equine-assisted psychotherapy and personal development, which incorporates horses' unique herd instincts to help clients heal. Eagala provides training, certification, and support for equine specialists and mental health practitioners around the world.
