We Bike Rochester is not just about bikes.We Bike Rochester encourages and increases human-scale mobility, for transportation and recreation, through advocacy, education, and membership programming to foster a strong, normalized multi-modal culture in Rochester, Minnesota by promoting cycling, walking/rolling (by wheelchair or other low-speed mobility devices), and other people-scale modes.
