I am Yana. I was born in the Southern part of Russia in a family of a very inexperienced Ukrainian man and a Russian woman. So, as a rule, eventually, I realized my baggage of trauma and at 29 left my 'normal life' of a wife and a yoga teacher and went to Guatemala. Random place? Yes, I agree. But the state I was in emotionally was not a space where I could think clearly. It turned out to be the most favorite part of my life so far. I am now living here and learning a lot about spirituaity and consciousness:)I live at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. A spiritual hub of expats who decided to get out of the box and live off of their skills and passion.Since 2019 I have been coming here on and off in search of my own true self. I found myself in healing others and sharing what I learned along the way.My path of personal healing is also a path of spiritual awakening. As I began my journey of shedding my layers, healing my pain, and transforming my soul, I heal myself and empower others on their healing journey.
