Welcome to YouBloom LLC! YouBloom LLC, founded by Sarah Waite, is a trauma-informed wellness business with the mission of helping You Bloom. YouBloom was created out of the belief that growth and healing requires several key factors- community, movement, nature, and education. In order to encourage this well rounded growth, YouBloom offers a variety of programs including hike+yoga adventures, nature educational programs, in studio yoga classes, bodywork, and community outreach. Sarah herself is a 200 hour yoga practitioner, forest bathing guide, Thai Massage practitioner, and Level One Leave No Trace Educator.
