It celebrates excellence and innovation in human resources across the Philippines, offering a unique regional perspective on the industry's best practices and achievements.

The HR Stars Awards Philippines 2025 is part of a broader initiative that spans Southeast Asia, marking a significant expansion from its origins. Launched in 2023 with a focus on Singapore and Indonesia, the awards have now grown to encompass five distinct programmes across the region, with the Philippines programme added in the 2025 series following successful awards in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Nominations are open to any employing organisation based in the Philippines, fostering a truly national celebration of HR talent. The submission process is straightforward: organisational representatives need only complete the form available on the HR Stars Awards website (www.hrstarsawards.com). Importantly, nominations are free for subscribers, with low-cost, high-value publicity packages available to winners, ensuring that recognition is accessible to all deserving candidates.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, 1 September 2025, giving organisations ample time to prepare their entries. Following the close of nominations, a rigorous two-tiered judging process commences. A maximum of four finalists are selected for each category, who are then invited to present their nomination to the judging panel via online video conference. This panel comprises key editorial staff from Chief of Staff Asia, including founder and Chief Editor Paul Howell, alongside selected HR industry stalwarts from the Philippines, ensuring a comprehensive and expert evaluation of each entry.
