Terms and Conditions – “The Promise Fulfilled” Christmas Musical

Location: Bahay Pare Bible Baptist Church, Sitio 2, Bahay Pare, Candaba, Pampanga

By attending The Promise Fulfilled, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admissions

• Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Early arrival is encouraged.

• The church reserves the right to limit entry once the venue reaches capacity for safety reasons.

2. Event Conduct

• Please maintain respectful and quiet behavior during the program.

• No flash photography or bright lights are allowed during the performance, as they may distract the participants and audience.

• Small children and babies must be held by their parents or guardians at all times for their safety and to avoid disruption.

• Disruptive or inappropriate actions may result in removal from the premises.

3. Safety and Health

• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

• The organizers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

• Please follow all instructions given by event staff or volunteers.

4. Photography and Media

• The event will be photographed and recorded for church and promotional purposes.

• By attending, you grant Bahay Pare Bible Baptist Church permission to use photos or videos that may include your image for non-commercial, ministry-related use.

• Personal photography is welcome, but please avoid flash and do not obstruct others’ view or the performance.

5. Weather or Program Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Updates will be announced through the church’s official Facebook page and other communication channels.

6. Free Activities

• Complimentary hot chocolate, Christmas caroling, and a photo booth will be available while supplies last.

• Participation in these activities is voluntary.
