Family Business Nexus 2025 (FBN2025) is a full-day program dedicated to helping family-owned businesses grow stronger across generations through clarity, structure and shared purpose.

This program brings together experienced advisors and industry practitioners from ABA Malaysia, Ilhami Advisory, Jasmiza Solutions and Laughing Tree - under the Nexus Alliance consortium.

Guided by the theme “Connecting Generations, Aligning Future,” the program emphasises bridging the wisdom of founders with the vision of the next generation — aligning family values, leadership aspirations and business strategies to create a sustainable and united future.

Built on the belief that “family matters the most - through relation and through business,” this program brings together experienced business advisors, organisational development consultants, financial and fundraising specialists, and legal professionals.

Participants will gain practical insights on succession planning, family governance, business continuity and conflict management to strengthen both unity and performance.

FBN2025 features 1 keynote speech and 6 expert-led sessions, followed by a 1-hour Forum with all panelists - an open and interactive Q&A platform for participants to explore real family business issues.

Each participating company will also go through One-on-One Post-Program Consultation (up to 1.5 hours) with the Advisory Team to translate insights into actionable plans.
