Set against stunning views, this thoughtfully curated afternoon tea is created by the culinary team at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, who have put their own creative twist on sustainability. Expect inspired flavours and smart use of ingredients, including pineapple skins transformed into homemade kombucha, carrot peels reimagined in a comforting shepherd’s pie, and cucumber peels specially pickled for this occasion — proving that sustainability can be refined, indulgent and delicious.

Alongside the afternoon tea, guests are invited to explore a sustainable bazaar, showcasing Malaysian brands and products that align with conscious, responsible living.
