After years of thinking "Yoga isn't for me," I can now say it has brought incredible balance to my life—both physically and mentally. Over the past 15 years, it has taught me patience, helped me appreciate the present moment, and provided countless other health benefits.As a certified Yoga Alliance RYT, I love sharing what I've learned. I'm also a Level 4 Master Reiki healer and a certified meditation coach. In my classes, I blend these techniques with feel-good music, essential oils, and Indian head massage to create a truly holistic experience.Our retreats bring together a variety of practitioners from different backgrounds to give you a broad range of education and new experiences. It's a chance to explore things you've been curious about, refresh your soul, and awaken your mind. We want you to take whatever you need from the experience. Our mission is to empower you to take what you need from your practice—whether it's physical strength, mental clarity, or emotional peace. We provide a nurturing environment and a variety of healing modalities to support your unique journey toward holistic well-being.
